How to successfully require ThingWorx Mashup Runtime URL

Description
- ThingWorx Mashup Runtime URL will be partially required if using a url as below
- [http|https]://<TWX_SERVER>:<PORT_NUMBER>/Thingworx/runtime/index.html#mashup=<MASHUP_NAME>
- The URL fragment(start from #) will not be submitted to ThingWorx server. For above only below be sent to ThingWorx server
- [http|https]://<TWX_SERVER>:<PORT_NUMBER>/Thingworx/runtime/index.html
- When using ThingWorx SSO authentication, URL with fragment data could lead to authentication failure as ThingWorx authenticator might have no clue which mashup is accessed
