MethodServer failed to start up with error "com.ptc.windchill.upgrade.instupghistory.IUHException" in Windchill PDMLink

• After restart Method server is not starting with error
• After Build deployment Method Server not starting 
• Method Server Crashed after installation of Creo View Adapter 8.1 on Server Side :
