Windchill installation fails with error wnc installer log was found unexpectedly in the Temp folder in Windchill PDMLink

Description

Error reported in PSI Console:
 
Windchill installation fails with following error "wnc installer log was found unexpectedly in the Temp folder; PSI considers this a failure, since StartInstallPhase should commit the logs to the loadpoint!

Error reported in WNC installer log:
