Description
- Following the workaround procedure of CS67176 to change the appearance of the Welcome to Windchill page for all users causes the user preference to not function
- Click to QuickLinks > Help > Welcome to Windchill
- Check or Uncheck the Do not show this page upon startup at the bottom of the page
- The checkbox can be checked but the setting is ignored
