Description
- CS154245 explains the direct link to item attachment as follows.
- Directly link to an Item Attachment is as below
http://<servername>:<port>/im/viewattachment?issue=<item id>&attachment=<attachment name>
i.e. http://localhost:7001/im/viewattachment?issue=776&attachment=abc.jpg
- However, this link does not work if the attachment name includes double-byte characters.
