After upgrade to Windchill 11.0, the post upgrade step "Configure SQL Server Database to Contained Database Authentication" fails with error:
- The CREATE UNIQUE INDEX statement terminated because a duplicate key was found for the object name 'dbo.sysschobjs' and the index name 'nc1'. The duplicate key value is (0, 6, <TableName>).
