- Error Message: PTC Creo Elements/Direct Drafting has stopped working
- Event Viewer: Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll
- Problem only occurs on following machines:
- Lenovo Thinkstation 310 Tower / Nvidia Quadro K2200 / Win10 (supported)
- HP Z440 / Nvidia Quadro K2200 / Win7 (supported)
- HP Z440 / Nvidia Quadro K2200 / Win10 (not supported)
- HP ZBook 15 G2 / NVidia Quadro K1100M / Win10 (not supported)
