Description
- Edge devices connect with ThingWorx through KepWare and ThingWorx .NET OPC DA Client service, once an edge device disconnect and reconnect with KepWare, it's value cannot update tho ThingWorx again

Reproduce steps:
1. Install KepWare and ThingWorx .NET OPC DA Client service in Windows and import OPC-DA extension into ThingWorx.
2. Add edge device connect with KepWare.
3. Start the ThingWorx .NET OPC DA Client service, properties from edge device can update to ThingWorx corresponded remote OPC thing.
4. Break the connection between edge device and KepWare
5. Reconnect the edge device and KepWare
6. Remote OPC thing's properties can not update any more and got error: Error sending property updates to the Platform (updateSubscribedProperties failed)
7. Issue can be avoid after restart PlatformSubsystem
