- Getting a constraint exception "com.ptc.core.meta.container.common.ConstraintException: The value for XXXXX cannot be changed" while Creating a Change Notice
- Getting a constraint exception "com.ptc.core.meta.container.common.ConstraintException: The value for XXXXX cannot be changed" while Import Project Plan
- Steps to reproduce:
- Create a custom Change notice Template
- The values for IBA of the change task are propagated through the OIR
- Keep the visibility of the IBA as Read-Only in the Create new layout.
- Create a change notice using the custom change notice template.
