Default perspective cannot be reseted as expected for PTC RV&S

Description
- If creating multiple perspectives, user cannot reset perspective to default as expected.
- For example, if you create perspective A and B, when you reset perspective, it will be reset to B instead of the default one.
- This issue can be reproduced both 10.9 and 11.0
