- Attempt a remote session on an asset
- Axeda Connected Access(ACA) client starts as expected
- Instead of remote session starting, the user is logged out of platform
- Remote session attempt results in log out from platform
- When attempting to carry out remote session on an asset, the remote session pop up window appears but user is logged out of platform
