Description

  • Error  appears when launching Dynatrace 6.3 client:
    • Failed to find startup jar in C:\PTCSystemMonitor\client\plugins
  • Although uninstallation and installation of Dynatrace client all show "Successfully", but they did nothing to the files under install directory
