Description
When installing Cognos 8.4.1 in a Windchill cluster its successful operation can depend on the cluster configuration. Specifically, the typical cluster configuration and the decision to put a Foreground Method Server on the master node or not.
These choices may have been made prior to the implementation of Cognos for an existing Windchill system. The following options can be used as a guideline to help the implementer decide how to proceed with a Cognos installation in a Windchill Cluster
