- Gateway template used for exporting documents worked fine with Word 2010 but not work with Word 2013
- Microsoft Word Error message:
"We're sorry. We can't open xxxx.docx because we found a problem with its contents. Details: no error detail available. Location: Part: /word/document.xml, Line: 0, Column: 0"
