Thingworx: Timer Thing configuration enable/disable on startup enables/disables thing immediately

Description
- If Timer Thing Configuration / Automatically Enable Timer on Startup is disabled, everytime after saving the Thing, Enabled property will be set to false, and vice versa with Automatically Enable Timer on Startup enabled
- If the timer is already enabled and is running and if Automatically Enable Timer on Startup is disabled, after saving the timer thing in Composer, this thing will be disabled immediately.
- Vice versa, if the timer is not running and if Automatically Enable Timer on Startup is enabled, after saving the timer thing in Composer, this thing will be enabled immediately.
