Description

  • Unable to connect PSM Clients to PSM Server
  • After PSM ugrade the Clients are not connecting to the Server.
  • Error:
    • SEVERE [AgentListener] Error setting up an agent connection from '(unknown)' at '<PSM Server Host IP:PORT>': : com.dynatrace.diagnostics.collector.agentcenter.AgentListener$ConnectionHandler run:527
      java.net.SocketException: Software caused connection abort: recv failed
