- Access to the folder list is slow
- Project creation takes extremely long time
- It takes up to several minutes/hours to create a project

- Not all templates have problem
- Simple Report (QML or Report Template) is always loading and not complete after long time
- The database locks generated when a SOAP based webservice is being executed. This webservice is primarily used for creating new projects in Windchill.
