- Creo Parametric part and assembly files fail to open in Creo View and Creo View Express with the below error message:
"The requested file could not be loaded"
- Creo View is unable to identify the file format when a file is opened from a long folder structure that contains special characters like "+" (plus symbol). The below error occurs:
"This file is not supported by PTC Creo View.
