Description
- When downloading primary content file (*.txt or *.pdf) using Firefox, correct Japanese file name cannot be preserved.
- wt.content.NameFix=true is set in wt.properties so that the file can be downloaded instead of opened in Firefox browser.
- Japanese characters in file names will be URL encoded, for example, "日本語テスト.txt" becomes "%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E8%AA%9E%E3%83%86%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88.txt".
