- Update_tool fails to run at verifying the Upgrade Path with an error:
com.ptc.windchill.upgrade.statemachine.state.PhaseEventUpgradeState - Upgrade execution failed with the exception: wt.util.WTException: Your web server is not running
- Windchill PDMLink is configured to SSL
- Apache is up and running
- Calling the URL from a WebBrowser works
