Cannot save assembly when objects are set to Read Only during save operation in Creo Parametric

Description
- When non-checked out objects in a checked out assembly are set to Read-Only during Save operation of the assembly, the Save operation fails
- This issue could lead to data/modification loss especially when many objects present in a workspace when user does not realize that save operation did not succeed
- Save in workspace aborted when having Read-Only objects in workspace.
