It doesn't take care of the hours and minutes mentioned in deadline tab while assigning workflow task if the deadline consists of days, hours and minutes in Windchill PDMLink 10.1 system

Description
- In Site>Utilities>Calendar Management page mark 2015/10/1 as non-working day
- Go to Site>Utilities>Workflow Template Administration and open Process 1 workflow template to set 4 hours in Deadline tab page for the activity.
- Start workflow in 2015/10/1 and user can’t see the 4 hours difference between Assigned time and Deadline time.
