Opening attachments from Integrity Lifecycle Manager attachment link does not work

Description

  • Under certain circumstances opening attachments from attachment links in text fields in Integrity Lifecycle Manager will not work properly, e.g.
    • When opening Word document attachment link, while Word is already running, Word will return: 
      This file could not be found (C:\Users\...\Temp\<doc name>.docx)
    • Opening email attachments for e.g. Outlook or Lotus Notes, the email application itself will report errors stating not being able to open/find the attachment, such as
      • File does not exist: <path to downloaded file in temp folder>
      • The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.
      • Unable to find path to the server. Check that your network connection is working...
  • It only happens working with the installed Integrity Lifecycle Manager client
    • WebUI is working properly
