• Building CATIA V5 Abstraction Library (DLLs) fails installation results as follows: 

  ERROR: Abstraction or loader files don't exist
  See the installation log '###\CATIA5Builder\install.log' for details. Click Done to exit the installer.

• CATIA_V5_Builder.exe utility fails with message: Abstraction or Loader files don't exist
• install.log reports issues with RADE licence:

Licensing error: No RADELicensing.xml file found in folder <path>
License settings not found or invalid: use the CATVBTLicenser tool to configure your RADE licenses or point the RADECATSettingPath variable
