- Creo View fails to open PDF representation in standalone or connected session if Adobe PDF Reader ActiveX Control is disabled from Internet Explorer
- Error dialogue message is:
Failed to load the file. Check the Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installation.
- This is applicable when Creo View is running in standalone mode or embedded in any browser
