Description
- ProSectionConstraintCreate() fails with return code PRO_TK_GENERAL_ERROR (-1) when a sketch section epsilon is set to 1e-6. The constraint creation succeeds when the epsilon value is set to 1e-9 using ProSectionEpsilonSet().
