Description
- License Server shuts down when a license request is made over the local area network
- License Server crash with no error messages added to log file when receiving license request
- License Server shutdown randomly and irregularly in Creo Elements/Direct Modeling
- The Creo Elements licensing service has crashed for the past two days. Could you please help to troubleshoot the problem? (Creo Elements/Direct License Server 20.4, Microsoft Windows Server 2019 Datacenter)
- After launching the application second time, it opens as an evaluation version
- When using the software, it often happens that the server cannot be captured (the frequency is about once every 3 hours).
