Description
- Unable to add or edit Substitute or Alternate Parts on a child Part in a BOM that is at a state where user does not have Modify or Create permissions
- Users have Modify and Create permissions on the parent Part
- Users have Create and Delete permission on the WTPartSubstituteLink object type
- If user has no Create and Modify permission on a child Part, or child Part is in Released state, the Replace on the Right Mouse Button menu action is grayed out
