ThingWorx: New users login directly to SQUEAL

Description
- When the user types ip_address/Thingworx into the browser and a new user logs in, they will go directly to SQUEAL if their permissions are not changed
- New users login to ThingWorx and see SQUEAL page
- Non-admin user keeps getting redirected to Squeal
