Description

  • Running windchill wt.index.BulkIndexTool to index objects
  • Using option 7 Check the bulk indexing progress to check index status, Objects processed and Objects remaining are not changed
  • Unable to complete the indexing process
  • After updating CPS05 on Windchill 12.0.2.0 Bulk indexing fails with following error in Method server logs 
  • Error message:
    • ERROR 1: [BulkIndexQueue2.PollingThread] wt.index.IndexingServiceImpl Administrator - processIndexRequest : IndexingException
