Description
- Numerous log entries are found in the WVS Background Method Server for publishing:
INFO (or ERROR) [PublisherQueueXXX.PollingThread] wt.system.err Administrator - getDocFromMaster: returns X iterations, first used
- Many INFO messages in the Background Method Server log:
getDocFromMaster: returns 2 iterations, first used.
- These messages are filling up the BGMS log files, consuming many gigabytes of space
- Error log amplification related to WVS publishing queue bringing performance of entire Windchill instance to a crawl
- These errors are logged to MISCLOGEVENTS table degrading the Windchill application performance
