Description
1. Healing before migration script reported error in hl fts missing proeids column name.html.
2. Executed missing_proe_ids_heal_and_record.sql and missing_proeids_ft_comp_columns_report_after_healing.sql
3. Run healing before migration script again.
4. Objects were still listed in hl_fts_missing_proeids_column_name.html and INCONSISTENT_PROE_DEPS.txt
