- Unable to launch the application
- Unable to open, save nor export files
- Illustration files are not opened correctly
- Specific files are not exported correctly using Save As Illustration File after an update of Creo Illustrate
- The program freezes when trying to launch the application
- Error window appears when retrieving or saving c3di files:
- productview.exe - Entry Point Not Found
- The procedure entry point...... could not be located in the dynamic link library.....
- File Open Error
- This file could not be opened.
- File Save Error
- Manifest is missing. Please try saving again later or in a different location.
- productview.exe - Entry Point Not Found
- Creo Illustrate crash after opening a file
