Changing family instance parameter value in Pro/ENGINEER using the Pro/Toolkit API ProParameterValueSet() do not have the same impact as changing the patameter by "hand" using Creo Parametric user interface.

Description
- Changing family instance parameter value using the Pro/Toolkit API ProParameterValueSet() do not have the same impact as changing the patameter by hand using Pro/ENGINEER interface:
- Manually changing a family table value for an instance by Tools > Parameter will mark only the modified instance and generic as modified.
- Changing a family table value for an instance by ProParameterValueSet() marks the generic and all instances as modified.
