Description
- Valid users fail to login with proper credentials on ThingWorx Platform
- HA environment requires several times to enter credentials
- Administrator user cannot login to ThingWorx Platform
- ThingWorx Composer not accessible with any set of valid credentials
- Getting prompt to login multiple times in ThingWorx HA environment even after initial authentication was successful
- Multiple consecutive authentication required to access Composer
- Sometimes ThingWorx need multiple password authentication even the username and password are right
- Authentication windows show up again right away after the username and password are inputted for ThingWorx
