Author Keyword Expansion Loses Full Name If User Is Removed From Active Directory

Description
- When the %Author keyword is expanded, it takes the full name data from the configured domain
- If the user is removed from the domain (either MKS Domain or Active Directory) the keyword will no longer show the full name
- The full name should be saved in the database so that if removed we retain this information
