Description
On a new Dell M6800 With a NVidia K4100M Graphics card the screen flickers/flashes When :
Un-docking a Dell Precision 4800 laptop after switching to wireless and opening new files makes Creo Parametric unresponsive.
- Opening a Windchill page with a thumbnail displayed
- Opening a model with Creo view
Un-docking a Dell Precision 4800 laptop after switching to wireless and opening new files makes Creo Parametric unresponsive.
- While laptop is still connected to docking station, switch to Wireless connection to avoid license loss.
- Now, Un-dock the laptop from docking station to which an external monitor is connected and the screen is extended to both the monitors.
- Observe that after un-docking, Creo Parametric 2.0 Graphics area goes blank and becomes unresponsive.
- The problem is noticed only when there are a combination of an Intel graphics card and a dedicated external graphics card like NVIDIA or ATI.
