  • Error message when launching software
  • Could not connect to net.tcp://<host-name>:xxxxx/Relex.Security/IAccessManager  The connection attempt lasted for a time span of xx:xx:xx.xxxxxxx.  TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
