ERROR org.beepcore.beep.core.BEEPException: Channel is in an unknown state in Integrity Lifecycle Manager

Description
- The PTC Integrity GUI became unresponsive
- In a few minutes, the server was back again without any intervention
- Error in the Integrity Server log with Debug enabled:
