Description
- Varying scale of the Change Objects: The Problem Report scale seems to be sometimes in 20 units whereas it should be in 1 unit. The same behavior has been seen with Change Request and Change Order
- Numbering sequence is jumping for Problem Reports by sometimes 20 numbers
- I.e. Created first Problem Report has number 00001, the second 00002, but the third has 00021
- Change Request and Change Notice don’t follow the progressive numbering for problem report
