Installing Windchill Workgroup Manager on a supported operating system fails with error:
The installer cannot be run on your configuration since you are attempting to install the client on an unsupported platform. Please refer to the Windchill CAD Integration Product Compatibility Matrix for details. Press OK to exit the installer.
