Description

  • While uploading files during publishing the job monitor shows the error 
    Unexpected Exception has occured, End Store Component Viewable Files
  • The Worker Monitor log reports
Start Store Component Viewable Files
Adding Bounding Box Information
Uploading Files
Unexpected Exception has occured
End Store Component Viewable Files, Error Occured
remove temp dir: <WT_HOME>/tmp/transfer/xxxxxx
End (with Error): CAD Part  - xxxxxx.SLDPRT, 0.0
End job (with error): CAD Part  - xxxxxx.SLDPRT, 0.0Publish Complete event dispatched
  • This can coincide with BGMS logs stating
ERROR [PublisherQueue#.PollingThread] wt.wvs.loader.EDRLoader Administrator - EDRLoader - Unexpected error
(wt.fc.fcResource/32) wt.fc.ObjectNoLongerExistsException: Cannot restore "Representation.default" because it no longer exists.
  • In Method server logs getting error IllegalArgumentException: buffer size <= 0
  • User are unable to register a replication server in the WGM with "Authentication Error" message
  • As well as job monitor error 
    Error: Thumbnail generation failed
