Description
- Creo Parametric 2.0 Synchronous Toolkit application Dll fails to start up with Creo Parametric 3.0 F000 on Windows 8.0 and 8.1 x64 bit platform
- Application startup fails with Creo 3.0 F000 with error "Startup of application <name> failed".
- When environment variable PRO_TK_DBG_DLL_LOAD = true is set, error "Pro/ENGINEER: OS error 1114 while loading '<Full path to application dll>' related to the reasons for DLL load failure is written to Creo std.out file
