The Windchill Product Solution Installer (PSI) cannot update a Windchill installation with an "Additional Workgroup Manager" once a 10.2 M020 CPS patch is installed

Description
- When performing an Update Existing Installation, the PTC Solution Installer does not allow one to select "Add Additional Workgroup Manager" to add or remove support for additional Workgroup Manager CAD application releases once a Windchill Critical Patch Set (CPS) is applied to the Windchill server
- The "Add Additional Workgroup Manager" option is not available when performing an Update Existing Installation and when prompted to "Select how you would like to update your PTC Windchill Installation"
- There is no way to update WWGM once WWGM-CPS03 is applied on the server.
- Unable to install using add additional workgroup manager
- Unable to install using Optional component.
- Unable to install using Critical patch set Option.
- User cannot update any new cad version support, if he has not added it during initial WWGM-CPS03 update
