- Task Initialize Upgrade failed during UpgradeManager
- Update_tool command fails with error "Class not registered in modelRegistry.properties" while updating Windchill
- Running CPS PSI fails with error "Class not registered in modelRegistry.properties"
- Windchill Method Server failed to start with error "Class not registered in modelRegistry.properties"
