Description
- Publishing fails for a non-filesync worker when processing documents whose filename contains double-byte (2-byte) characters (e.g., Chinese Simplified and Traditional, Korean and Japanese)
- This only occurs when FTP is used for the shared filesystem between Windchill and a remote worker
- Fails to publish the Office document with a Chinese file name
