- When attempting to utilize the IDX file import/export functionality it fails due to an error message

You have not checked out the license option. Please click "File->Options->Licensing" and choose required option from "Refresh license list".
The log messages are written into the file <./ecad_out.log.2>
Error in writing to export file
- When trying to access ECAD Collaboration module under Applications in assembly mode, it prompts error message: The ECAD_COLLABORATION license has not been acquired, operation aborted
- Error message is reported when using Creo Parametric's >File >Save As >EDMD (*.idx) trying to export IDX file from an existent *.asm file
- Unable to export an EMN file
