Description
- Windchill Desktop Integration (DTI) prompts a window, but the closing button "X" does not work in Windchill PDMLink
- Sometimes DTI prompt a window and the "X" button is displayed but doesn't do anything
- The cross is not working
- For example:
- The confirmation window asking Do you want to check out this document from Windchill? prompts when double clicking a document in Windows Explorer
- A confirmation window asks Do you want to update the document in Windchill before closing?
- The version mismatch window displays following message: A more recent version of <filename> exists on the server...
