Description
- After upgrading an Oracle 11g R2 database to the recent 11.2.0.4.0 release, the use of text fields with the PTC Integrity product may cease to function correctly due to an Oracle defect

An error similar to the following will be shown in the Integrity server.log:
- ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
- ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SYNCRN'
- ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: Statement ignored
