How to start a project automatically with API in Windchill ProjectLink

Description
- In a workflow customization, a project is created programatically from template with Windchill APIs when an activity gets approved
- These projects should be started automatically, to bypass the step of starting the project manually, i.e. from the UI by checking the Start project and send invitations to team option on the new project wizard
- Is there any API using to start a project and plan automatically
- After create a project from User Interface, need click Project Start first, then click Plan Start Autoexecution. Is there API to be used to start the Project and plan automatically
